We offer free local sparkling wine included in the per person price of our Sunset Champagne Cruise and our Champagne Cruise . both these cruises are One and a half hours in duration .

South African Sparkling wines and Method cap classic wines used to be called Champagne ,however the names of the wines have now changed but the cruise name remains the same . We did consider renaming the Cruise the Sparkling Wine Cruise but somehow it did not seem to convey the same message .

The literature says a glass per person , however we budget on a bottle per couple or half a Bottle per person .This is a complimentary drink to get you into the mood .

 When this stock has been used it is time for the cash bar .

The local sparkling that we currently use is the Goedverwacht Suiderkruis Vonkel which is 50% Sauvignon blanc 50 % Colambar blend . This medium bodied sparkling wine has Guava and goosberry flavours , which is typical of the varieties used for this spakling wine .The delicate fruit flavours are also very prominent on the palate.John Platter Rating :3 stars.

As these boats have 220v generators onboard they can offer modern touch screen Point of sales tills that allow accurate  bar invoices to be generated during a cruise or event .

Sea Princess has real glass glasses and Condor has plastic glasses.

These are sailing boats , so we keep a fairly limited stock .

Unlike the Motor  Boats listed above , they do  not have a dedicated service bar with a dedicated staff member . These are working  boats and the crew serve drinks between there sailing duties. They Carry

• And no Spirits or wines or coolers

We also do not have glasses on board as the boats are fairly active and broken glass pose a danger .
